This RCI Hospitality Resort is located just two miles from the main gate of Disney World!  This is a large two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit #202 that will sleep six people.  It's an absolute prime week #51, which is a Christmas week.! You will have first use of your week December 2010.

Resort amenities include: 450-acre lake (Lake Bryan), barbecue and picnic areas, boating (equipment available), fishing (equipment available), move rentals available, organized activities, outdoor hot tub, shuffleboard, swimming pool, game room, playground and Wi-Fi access available.

Unit amenities include: air conditioner, fireplace, full kitchen with all appliances and utensils, whirlpool tub, telephone, television, and washer/dryer in unit.

Amenities nearby include: amusement parks, horseback riding, golf, grocery stores, live entertainment, sailing/rentals, waterskiing and tons of great shops and restaurants that the great Orlando area is famous for!

You will have first use of your week in December 2010, so start planning your Disney World Vacation or your timeshare exchange.


 
Exchange Affiliation
This is a prime fixed week #51 (Christmas week).  It trades with RCI and will have excellent trading power due to the fact that it's a fixed Christmas week that's located only two miles from Disney World!

You will receive a deed for this timeshare and will own it forever.  This deeded asset can be passed on to your heirs.


 
Maintenance Fees

Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2010 came to a total of only $663.  The 2010 maintenance and tax fees have already been pre-paid to the resort and will need to be reimbursed to me at the close of this auction along with your winning bid amount, the Bid4Assets 10% buyer's premium (please note there is a $100 minimum buyer's premium), and closing fees.


 
Closing Costs
Closing fees will total only $395 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, postage fees, resort transfer fee, and resort notification of change of ownership.
