Driving Directions
From Albuquerque take I-25 South, take the exit for Belen. Once in Belen go East and take Hwy47 South. Once you pass the golf course on your right side, look for the first entrance to Rio Grande Estates on your left side (see photo below), and turn left. See maps below for an idea of where land is located, as it is not staked. County can give you GPS coordinates though.

In addition to high bid there is $599.00 document processing fee. There is also a $100.00 fee associated with the auction or 10% of high bid, whichever is greater.
Total Due: High bid+$599.00+100.00 (or 10% of high bid if greater)=Total Amount Due.
Total amount is due within 3 business days of close of auction. Deed will be mailed within 2 business days of payment clearing.
