Pros- House actually does not appear to be too bad on the inside. Appears to have had a lot of work done to it. You can see in the last picture what it looked like before being vandalized.

Cons- Building is vacant. It needs extensive work.

Go visit the property if you wish before bidding. I will not be answering any questions about the condition of this property. The condition is as described and pictured. No, you cannot come and move in right after you buy the property and expect it to be in perfect condition. I have also clearly stated that I am issuing a general warranty deed so I will not respond to questions about the title condition either.
