Pros- Its a house. Roof does not leak. Aluminum sided. Needs a few windows replaced but most of them have been replaced with good windows. Wires are still in house. Furnace is still in basement. Empty lot behind house can be purchased for $50 from the Sheriff and can provide parking. I may be willing to purchase lot behind house for buyer if requested.

Cons- Needs a lot of work. 

Go visit the property if you wish before bidding but do not enter. I will not be answering any questions about the condition of this property. The condition is as described and pictured. No, you cannot come and move in right after you buy the property and expect it to be in perfect condition. General warranty deed will be issued.

FORUM SELECTION CLAUSE:

If the seller is the Defendant, this clause does not preclude him from removing the action to a Federal Court. This includes any cause of action related to the purchase, auction process, ownership, specific performance to compel the sale, damages related to non-performance of bidders, claims made against the property, condition of the property, and any other possible causes of action that are related to this property.
