2) Subsequent payment is $500 per month for 14 months, starting December 18th, 2023, until balance $7000 is paid off. Winning bid amount will be adjusted on your last payment. No hidden cost. You can always pay off early and get the deed recorded. No early payoff penalty. No Refund.
