Seller will transfer title through a Quitclaim Deed and will convey all interest in the lands sold for 2020 delinquent taxes purchased by seller at the 2021 Monroe County tax sale. Any and all subsequent taxes assessed to the subject property shall be paid by the buyer. Seller has not seen and has no knowledge regarding the condition of the property or the ability to develop the property.

PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT PURCHASER IS PURCHASING THE PROPERTY BASED SOLELY UPON PURCHASER’S OWN INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATIONS AND FINDINGS AND NOT IN RELIANCE UPON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY SELLER OR SELLER’S AGENTS OR CONTRACTORS.
