This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Grass Lake Trail, and Washakie Golf and RV Resort is a great campground nearby. For the period of the warmest time of the year here at Shay Lake, high temperatures usually reach the 80's. Summer night lows descend down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Shay Lake temperatures dip to the 10's. Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Imlay City; while you're here, you could also pop by pretty Phelps Lake.
