This property is situated in the southwest part of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, not far from the downtown area.  The house is 29 by 56 deep, containing 1424 Sq Ft. There are an unknown number of bedrooms and one bath.  The house is pier and beam construction with carpet and tile floors, horizontal aluminum siding, an asphalt shingle roof and a covered front porch.  This construction is common for the area.

The Lot is 50 ft wide by 145 ft deep with large trees surrounding the house, a partially fenced in yard and an empty lot on the east and west sides of the lot.  The house lies just north of W 13th Street, a major thoroughfare for the area.  Shopping and dining are available on W 13th Street and South Blake Street, seven blocks to the west.  Schools are close by and Southeast Arkansas College is also nearby.
