General Sale Information



End of Auction
After the close of the final auction of the day for this seller, all winning bidders are sent detailed instructions via e-mail on settlement procedures and how to provide the necessary deed transfer information.

The seller requires that the winning bidder submit the deed transfer information to Bid4Assets within 2 days of the close of auction.

Settlement Requirements

Purchaser shall pay the balance of 10% of the purchase price plus a 1.6% buyer’s premium (on the total purchase price) by by 5:00 PM CT / 6:00 PM ET on the day after the Auction directly to Bid4Assets. Purchaser shall pay the remaining balance at least one business day before the confirmation hearing with a cashier’s check or money order made out to Oklahoma County court clerk with the case number associated with properties you are purchasing. You can mail or take your payment to 320 Robert S. Kerr 4th fl Suite 409 OKC, OK 73102. If the payment policy is not adhered to the winning bidder may be banned from future sales.

The balance due and further instructions will be listed in the Deed Wizard settlement process after the close of auction.

Buyer Premium Information

This auction requires that the winning bidder pay a Buyer's Premium of 1.60% of the winning bid amount. (The Buyer's Premium covers the costs associated with the auction).

This amount will be added to the winning bid and will be included in the total purchase price paid by the Buyer to the Seller.
