Since the early 2000s, Courthouse Steps is the Bid4Assets online auction platform designed for counties and government agencies nationwide to list and auction real property. The Courthouse Steps platform provides not only the auction, but the ability to handle deposits and other services for state and county treasurers, tax collectors, sheriffs, and other governmental agencies tasked with auctioning their real property.
