This auction requires that the winning bidder pay a Buyer's Premium of 10.00% of the winning bid amount. (The Buyer's Premium covers the costs associated with the auction).
This amount will be added to the winning bid and will be included in the total purchase price paid by the Buyer to the Seller.
Escrow and deed preparation and recording to be handled by Standard Title Agency & Kris Law, who will be emailing buyer within 24 hours of auction's close. Buyer to pay a closing fee of $500 plus recording fees and transfer taxes. Buyer has 4 business days from auction's close to fully fund escrow for balance due or else may be declared in default.
