Buyer on Deck®

Buyer on Deck is a proprietary auction format where participants bid to become the “Buyer on Deck” (the highest bidder meeting all the qualifications of the Seller). Instead of the auction resulting in the “Buyer on Deck” winning the property immediately after bidding has ended, the sale must later be approved by county officials cited in government statutes at a required location such as the property or the county courthouse steps.
