We’re back with a new slate of upcoming tax sales from on our calendar. They include new counties in California and a return to some of your favorite locations in the state of Washington. Tulare County California is hosting a tax sale March 3rd and 4th. This will be a no reserve auction with bids starting at just $1,000 on over 30 properties. These lots are located in various areas of Tulare county and are available at just a fraction of their assessed value, such as an 8-acre plot starting at $13,000 worth more than $112,000. Tax rate and assessment information is provided in the published property lists.
Tulare County is located south of Fresno and contains part of the Sequoia National Park. Its population is roughly half a million and contains a thriving community with large corporations, public transportation and residential communities.
Deposits are due Feb. 26th by 4pm EST with a single $5,000 deposit.
Mason County Washington will host a tax sale March 5th and 6th. This no reserve auction features starting bids of just $3,219 on nearly 40 properties. Available properties are located in the cities of Belfair, Shelton, Tahuya, Elma and Lilliwaup. This is a great auction for those in search of properties less than half an acre, although there are a few opportunities to bid on lots that are several acres in size.
Full descriptions are featured in the published lists. Mason County is part of the Seattle-Tacoma, WA area and has a population of over 60,000.
Deposits are due Feb. 27th by 4pm EST with a single $1,000 deposit.
Kings County California is hosting a tax sale March 6th-10th. You will find 31 parcels for auction during this sale. All auctions are no reserve and starting as low as $500. Details on properties will be listed in the days leading up to the tax sale.
Kings County is an agriculturally rich area in the San Joaquin Valley. It’s a part of the Hanford-Corcoran, CA metropolitan statistical area.
Deposits are due March 2nd by 4pm EST with a single $5,000 deposit.
Santa Cruz County is yet another California tax sale coming to Bid4Assets. This upcoming tax sale will be hosted March 6th – 10th. Make a note as this is an enormous tax sale: 141 parcels are up for grabs. This is also a no reserve auction with starting bids beginning as low as just $1,100. Parcels are located in several cities, including Watsonville, Felton, Santa Cruz, Brookdale and Davenport. There are parcels with land assessments of just $2,000 and properties worth over $500,000 starting at just $70,000.
Learn more about available parcels in the published properties lists. Santa Cruz County is a part of the San Jose, San Francisco, Oakland area and home to over a quarter of a million residents.

Thurston County Washington is hosting a tax sale March 10th and 11th. A no reserve auction, Thurston County is offering 17 mobile homes and personal property starting at only $472. The homes are located in Olympia, Rainier and Rochester, among other cities. Addresses and additional information are located in the property lists.
Thurston County comprises Olympia, WA and is part of the greater Seattle-Tacoma area with a population of over 250,000 people.
Deposits are due Mar. 4th by 4pm EST with a single $250 deposit.
Fresno County California is hosting a tax sale March 13th - 16th. This tax sake is no reserve and features 260 parcels starting at $400. This massive auction will include various property types in and outside the city limits. Property lists with additional information will be available closer to the tax sale.
Fresno county is a part of central California and comprises the 5th largest city in the state – Fresno, which is located near Sacramento, Yosemite, Sequoia National Park and more.
Deposits are due March 9th by 4pm EST with a single $5,000 deposit.
