Yuba County

Yuba County California is hosting a tax sale April 18^th-21st. This no reserve auction will start bids as low as just $7,000. Yuba County is known for offering an extensive range of properties throughout Olivehurst, Brownsville, Linda and other. Acreage spans from a quarter of an acre to more than 15 acres. Yuba County is part of the Sacramento-Roseville area and the single most biodiverse county in the nation. Nationally protested forests and nature preserves make it a beautiful place for residential families and tourism. Full property lists available at the link above.

Deposits are due April 14^th by 4pm EST with a single $2,000 deposit.

Imperial County

Imperial County, CA is offering 77 parcels from April 17^th – April 20^th. Bids on this no reserve auction start at only $100. Parcels include residential properties that are both vacant lots and homes. Property lists will be available leading up to the auction date.

Imperial County is located in southeast California and is a part of the El Centro metropolitan area.

Registration is due on April 14th at 4pm EST with a single $2,500 deposit.

5 Acre Land Plot

In Mount Waterman, CA 4.98 acres are available in this private auction. This land parcel is located near Pinon Hills and Phelan, numerous schools, shops and a wildlife sanctuary. Bidding for this auction begins at $1. The land is located in Los Angeles county and has $115 of property taxes each year.

Please note that this is a bid and assume auction, meaning you will bid on a down payment; the full purchase price of the land is $4,900 at 7% interest for five years. For more information on logistics and city information visit the link above.

San Bernardino Land Plot

A 5-acre lot is available for private auction in Oro Grande, CA in San Bernardino county. The land has a clear title and features a minimum bid of $1. The property has road access and no tax liens. There are other residential properties on this road
