The weekend has flown by and we’re here to deliver your weekly summary of auctions! We’re revisiting some upcoming auctions that might spark your attention and introducing our biggest tax sale of the year to date!

Yuba County, California is hosting a tax sale April 18th-21st. This no reserve auction will start bids at just $7,000. Yuba County is known for offering an extensive range of properties throughout Olivehurst, Brownsville, Linda and other. Acreage spans from a quarter of an acre to more than 15 acres. Starting bids range from $7,000 - $60,000. Full property lists are available online.
Yuba County is part of the Sacramento-Roseville area and the single most biodiverse county in the nation. Nationally protested forests and nature preserves make it a beautiful place for residential families and tourism.
Deposits are due April 14th by 4pm EST with a single $2,000 deposit.
Imperial County, CA is offering 77 parcels from April 17th – April 20th. Bids on this no reserve auction start at only $100. Parcels are located mostly in unincorporated areas with bids ranging from $100 - $17,650. Addresses, land values and annual tax bills are included in the complete property lists available online.
Imperial County is located in southeast California and is a part of the El Centro metropolitan area.
Registration is due on April 14th at 4pm EST with a single $2,500 deposit.
Riverside County CA will host a tax sale April 30th – May 5th on over 800 tax-defaulted properties. This no reserve auction requires a single $2,500 registration fee and bids will begin at $100. This auction, presented by the Riverside County Treasurer-Tax Collector’s Office will post full property lists closer to the date.
Riverside county is located in Southern CA and is the 4th most populous in the state, serving as county seat to Riverside and portions of the San Bernardino and LA-Long Beach area. Riverside is home to 2 million residents, a Mediterranean climate and the Joshua Tree national park. It is one of the fastest growing regions of the state.
Registration for this auction closes on April 27th at 4pm EST.
