Happy Monday Investors!
We have a full slate of tax sales for you this week with some great investment opportunities. We’re happy to showcase tax sales from two new counties on Bid4Assets! The first, Iron County Utah is the state’s first online tax sale and Nye county Nevada is hosting their first online tax sale with us. If that’s not exciting enough, wait until you see what they’re offering.

Utah is hosting its first-ever online tax sale and we are proud they chose to do it on Bid4Assets! The Iron County sale will be live May 28th and includes over 125 tax delinquent parcels. Bidding will start as low as $352. This is a wonderful tax sale for those interested in purchasing land. Highlights from this sale include:
Iron County is located in southwestern Utah, a part of the greater Cedar City area. Its county seat is Parawon and the area is known for recreation centers, a ski resort and various events, such as the Utah Shakespeare Festival and has a population of approximately 50,000.
A single $200 refundable deposit is due May 20th at 4pm EST.
Nye County Nevada is joining Bid4Assets with its first online tax sale! And they are joining us with a bang – over 600 parcels will be up available at this auction. Bids will begin as low as $427 at no reserve. With so many opportunities to invest you’ll want to mark this one on your calendar: May 31st- June 3rd.

Nye County is the 3rd largest county in the US with a wealth of beautiful land and natural resources. Fun fact: there are no incorporated cities in Nye county. It’s located about a four hour drive north of Las Vegas.
A single $500 refundable deposit for this auction is due May 29th at 4pm EST.
Yolo County, California’s tax sale was postponed and will now take place between June 26th and June 29th. Yolo County is offering nearly 30 properties for auction with starting bids as low as $4,414. This is a no reserve auction with a single $5,000 deposit required to participate.
Properties available include parcels in Woodland, West Sacramento, Madison and Clarksburg, among others. Minimum bids start at just a fraction of the assessment, including a $448,117 property with a starting bid of $11,403 and a nearly million-dollar West Sacramento property starting at $41,238.
Yolo County is a northern California county. Woodland is the county seat of Yolo, which is part of the greater Sacramento metro area. Yolo is home to California’s tomato production region and close to the fast-growing Sacramento area.
Deposits for this auction are due on June 22nd at 4pm EST.
