This week’s post will provide you with the lowdown on upcoming tax sales here at Bid4Assets, which feature a number of enticing investment opportunities. This week, we’ll take a peek at our complete tax sale calendar, which features a host of upcoming online tax sales, accessible from anywhere in the world. A large number of tax sales have deposits due in the next couple of weeks. Click the calendar if you want to view a complete schedule and make sure you don’t miss a single investment opportunity.
As for this week, we have four major tax sales coming from the state of Washington and a business liquidation in Rockville, MD. Our online auctions allow investors to purchase from anywhere in the world.

Without further ado, let’s see this week’s offerings!
Our first county needs no introduction. Los Angeles County is offering 163 parcels in their Winter tax sale with all minimum bids starting at just $1,426.
Deposits for this sale will be due tomorrow, November 26th with a single deposit of $5,000 qualifying participants to bid on every item in the sale. This is an early deposit deadline but remember that Bid4Assets continues processing deposits up until the close of the sale, so do not hesitate to send yours in if you miss it.
Los Angeles County is one of the most sought-after real estate locations in the country. Now is your chance to purchase property in this desirable region at just a fraction of market price. Do not miss this sale.
Auction closes December 10th.
Thurston County is offering a 1 tax-title parcel at the beginning of December in a no reserve auction with bidding starting at $28,864.
Registration is due on Nov. 27th at 4pm EST with a single $1,000 deposit.
Thurston County is located in the western part of the state and is home to the city of Olympia, 60 miles southwest of Seattle. Thurston is home to many tourist attractions, neighborhoods and businesses.
Auction closes on December 4th.
Island County, WA is auctioning off 17 foreclosed properties in this upcoming sale. Bidding starts at just $3,222 and all parcels are no reserve. Registration is due at 4:30pm EST Nov. 26th with a single $1,000 deposit.
With properties in Freeland and Oak Harbor, you’ll find an assortment of investment opportunities here such as: vacant lots, condo apartments, and single-family homes properties assessed at upwards of $100,000 and lots measuring 2, 3 and 5.8 acres.
Island County is a political subdivision in WA with 80,000 residents.
Auction closes on December 4th.
Bid on 30 parcels in this no reserve auction presented by the Yakima County treasurer. Bids begin at just $3,000 and registration closes at 4pm EST on November 27th. A single-time deposit of $1,000 is due at registration.
Properties available at auction include single family properties with impressive acreage (i.e. a Sunnyside property on 24.5 acres) and smaller plots on just a quart of an acre. You’ll also find an assortment of lots within the city limits.
Yakima County is a modest-sized county in southern Washington that comprises the Yakima metropolitan area, home to a quarter of a million people, and a vibrant wine region.
Auction closes on December 5th.
This is a massive tax sale with over 80s tax lien foreclosed properties up for grabs. Investors will be able to bid on properties starting at just $1,522 with no reserve. Registration is open until 4pm EST Nov. 27th with a deposit of $2,000.
Some of the most interesting properties in this sale include condominium homes buildings, single family properties and undeveloped lots in various acreage valued from $1,500 to over $300k.
This large county is home to Everett and is a beautiful mountainous region in the Seattle area. Once a part of Island county, Snohomish faces Puget Sound and other major bodies of water.
Auction closes on December 5th.
This sale will auction off the assets of a financial services company with proprietary payments software, five patents and more. There is no deposit required for this auction, in which we anticipate an exciting bidding war.
Investors will bid on the full purchase price of the listed assets of eDeposit, a corporation based in Rockville, Maryland. You are not buying the corporation. The software available at this auction is suited to real estate settlements, where most transactions are handled by mail and wire transfers.
20% of the total balance will be within 4 calendar days of auction's close and the remainder will be due by 12/26/19. All monies paid will be non-refundable.
