Hello Bidders!

It’s Monday and that means it’s time for a brand-new round of auctions here at Bid4Assets.

This week, we’ll remind of you of some lucrative auctions with fast approaching deposit deadlines. This week we’ve got tax sale deposit deadlines fast approaching that you’ll want to make note of to ensure that you’re guaranteed an opportunity to participate for some of the best deals on the site. We have tax sales in the state of Washington in addition to Western land in New Mexico and Arizona.

Remember this post is not an exhaustive list of auctions, just some weekly highlights. The monthly auction calendar is quickly filling up with new tax sales for the end of the year and into 2020. Upcoming Deposits Due

Deposits are due Wednesday, October 16^th by 4pm EST/1pm PST for two major tax sales on the West coast near Seattle.

As highlighted in last week’s post, the King County, WA sale will begin next week and includes nearly 200 hundred no reserve properties and lots. Listings start at $500 with notable land parcels near Puget Sound and ranchettes in prestigious Cottage Lake.

The King County deposit is $1,500.

In nearby Pierce County, WA, there is a tax sale featuring 53 tax-title parcels at no reserve with starting bids of just $265. There are impressive deals in this tax sale, such as a 51-acre property on Connells Prairie Rd starting at $109,000 against a $535,500 assessment.

The Pierce County deposit is $750.

$1 Land Auctions

We have two private land auctions live on the site near Facebook data centers with no reserve starting at just one dollar. Plot 1 and Plot 2 are both .25 acres in size and convenient to the new Facebook Data center and a new infrastructure/railroad/distribution hub project announced by the White House.
