Be on the lookout for deposit deadlines coming up soon–including deposits due for a major tax sale today. A quick word on deposit deadlines: These are general deadlines to ensure your spot in the approaching auction. You can still submit a deposit after the posted deadline, but we highly recommend that you submit your deposit via wire transfer at that point to ensure quick delivery of your funds and smooth processing of your auction registration.

Deposit Deadlines

Santa Clara

Deposits for the Santa Clara County tax sale are due today at 4pm EST/1pm PST. A single $5,000 deposit is required to secure a spot in this auction which features starting bids of $1,500 on more than 100 properties, some are listed for less than 30% of their market value, including residential home in Gilroy (worth $28 million) starting at just $383,000.

The auction will run from October 25^th-28th.

Pierce County

Pierce County, WA, is hosting a tax sale featuring 142 parcels at no reserve with starting bids as low as $2,464. The $1,000 deposit is due at 4:30pm EST on October 30^th. The auction will feature both single family homes and land parcels at incredible rates.

The auction will be held November 5^th and 6th.

$1 Home- No Reserve

This 1300 square-foot two bedroom, one bedroom house sits on a half-acre lot in the quaint town of Belington, WV located between Morgantown and the Monongahela National Forest.

The property will be sold with a general warranty deed and was built in 1988. A perfect property for an investor interested in renovating a residential home. No deposit is required. Auction closes at 9pm EST on the 27^th.

$1 Land Parcel Assessed at $50K

This is a gorgeous 2-acre lot in Egg Harbor Township, NJ that would make for a wonderful homesite. The property has been assessed at $50,000 and is available at a starting bid of $1 with no reserve and no deposit required. The winner of this auction will receive a Bargain and Sale Deed, free and clear of all liens.

This auction will close at 3pm EST on November 4th.

Prime Lot in Grays Harbor, WA

This is land parcel, .135 acres, is nestled in beautiful Grays Harbor, WA just a brief walk from the Chehalis River, which feeds into the Pacific. This parcel is located minutes from shopping, restaurants, bars and more, making it a great location for a vacation spot or second home.

This private auction has no reserve and starts at just $1,995. Don’t delay! The auction closes on October 29^th at 3pm EST.
