Happy Monday everyone!

As we close out another month it’s time to look ahead–we have some HUGE investment opportunities waiting for you. The tax sale calendar has heated up since our last post and that means lots of new properties to bid on at a fraction of their market value.

In addition to huge offerings in familiar locales like Pierce County Washington, we have three tax sales to introduce you to in California, and three more in the state of Washington, including a brand new county!

The purpose of this post is to remind you of some important upcoming deposit deadlines. As a reminder, deposit deadlines ensure your spot in the approaching auction. You may still be allowed to submit a deposit after the posted deadline, but we highly recommend that you submit your deposit via wire transfer at that point, to ensure the safest and fastest processing of your auction registration.

Oct. 30^th Deposit Deadline

The Pierce County tax sale is due Wednesday of this week at 4:30pm EST/1:30pm PST. A $1,000 deposit is required to secure a spot in this auction which features 142 parcels starting at just $2,464. Pierce County Washington is home to the city of Tacoma and Mount Rainer, part of the greater Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue metropolitan area.  

Parcels within the township include large land lots within the city limits and located near gorgeous wetlands and the National Forest.

The auction will run from November 5^th and 6th.

Nov. 4^th-8^th Deposit Deadlines

NEVADA COUNTY, CA

This tax sale offers a chance to snag seventeen defaulted properties located in the Sierra Nevada mountains of northern California, a modest drive from Sacramento. A $2,500 deposit is due November 4^th at 4pm EST/1pm PST to participate in the auction. All parcels are no reserve starting as low as $2,300.

This is a great auction for investors looking to purchase large acreage. Parcels include property measuring upwards of ten acres, including a 408-acre property in Penn Valley with a starting bid of $2,300.

The auction will run from November 7^th to the 11th.

MERCED COUNTY, CA

Due at 4pm EST/1pm PST Nov. 4th, a single $2,500 deposit will get you a seat in the Merced County tax sale, a no reserve auction with starting bids of $2,678. Bidders will find more than thirty properties at a mere fraction of their assessed values. A land parcel in Atwater worth over $200k will has a starting bid of just $21,000 while $656,00 property in Merced will begin at $86,000–over 80% below market value!

Merced County is located north of Fresno, CA, home to over $250,000 people. The auction will run from November 8^th to the 11th.

SUTTER COUNTY, CA

Sutter is a beautiful county along the Sacramento River with some of the most gorgeous natural landscapes in Northern California. Bids for this no reserve auction start at a mere $1,611. Deposits ($2,500) are due Nov. 4^th at 4pm EST/1pm PST. This auction contains just seven parcels, so it’s best to get an early look at the property list online to determine which investment(s) is right for you. Properties in Live Oak, Rio Vista and Yuba are up for grabs, some are worth more than $200,000.

This auction will run Nov. 8^th – 11th.

CALAVERAS COUNTY, CA

The tax sale in Calaveras county has a deposit of $2,000, also due at 4pm EST/1pm PST on Nov 4th. This a no reserve auction of nearly 80 parcels with minimum bids of only $1,100. Calaveras County is a Northern California gem in Gold country and the High Sierra region, home to giant sequoia trees, and San Andreas.

Included in the property list are homes and lots in West Point, San Andreas, Hathaway Pines and more. There is a plethora of opportunity at the sale with lots at varying acreages from 0.11 to 40 acres. Bids start at just $1,100 for $2,200 valued lots and increase to $50,000 for a half a million-dollar property.

The auction will run from November 8^th to the 11th.

BENTON COUNTY, WA

 Benton County WA is auctioning off properties at no reserve. Deposits of $1,000, are due at 4pm EST/1pm PST Nov 5th. Minimums bids begin at $2,751 for this South-central Washington location that includes the city of Kennewisk and the Columbia and Yakima Rivers. Property lists and detailed parcel information will be posted soon.

The auction will run November 12^th and 13th.

MASON COUNTY, WA

 Macon County WA is hosting a tax sale with bids as low as $500, no reserve! This is an exciting opportunity for new and seasoned investors alike to purchase a new property or two at a mere fraction of its current market/re-sale value. Deposits of $500 are at 4pm EST/1pm PST Nov 8th. Mason County is located in western Washington near the Seattle-Tacoma area in view of Mount Rainier and the Olympic National Park. An exact number of properties will be available closer to the auction.

The auction will run November 14^th and 15th.

PEND OREILLE, WA

Last but not least we have a BRAND-NEW county joining us for the first time! Welcome Pend Oreille, WA to the site by submitting your deposit before the deadline: 4pm EST/1pm PST Nov. 6^th. Your $500 deposit will allow you to bid in this no reserve auction on 7 parcels in the northeast corner of Washington state near the Spokane valley.

A detailed property list will be available closer to the auction. The auction will take place on November 13th.
