Happy November bidders!
This month is full of new investment opportunities. You will have the chance to bid on an assortment of large and small land parcels, residential properties and more. We’ve got a full tax sale calendar on our plate, so that will be the focus of today’s update.
Remember that Bid4Assets hosts tax sales completely online meaning you can bid on your choice of properties from anywhere in the world. They are also all no reserve, meaning the highest bid at or above any given auction’s minimum will win the property.
Six counties have deposits due this week with several registrations due TODAY. Remember to pay special attention to the dates and time for deposit deadlines and dates for the actual auction. Also keep in mind that Bid4Assets does continue to accept deposits past the deadline but at that point, it is best to use submit yours via wire transfer for the best shot at participating in the tax sale. Without further ado, let’s dive into this week’s auctions:
Calaveras County, CA is holding a tax sale is Nov. 8th-11th on 79 parcels. You may recall from last week’s post that Calaveras County is located in Northern California Gold country and the High Sierra region, near San Andreas.
Properties include a 40-acre single family lot starting at $18,900; a half a million-dollar property starting at $50,000; and several acre lots with starting bids of just $1,500.
Deposit for registration is $2,000 due at 4pm EST today.
The Merced County, CA tax sale will also be held Nov. 8th-11th and features nearly 40 parcels with starting bids as low as $2,678. Conveniently located north of Fresno, CA, home with a population of $250,000, Merced County has a lot to offer.
Properties in this auction include parcels with starting bids at a mere fraction of their assessed values: i.e., an Atwater land parcel worth over $200k starting at just $21,000, and a $656,00 single family property in Merced beginning at $86,000–over 80% below market value!
Registration deposits of $2,500 are due at 4pm EST today.
Sutter County, CA, is hosting another Nov. 8th-11th auction. Offerings in this tax sale lie in close proximity to the Sacramento River with some of the most gorgeous natural landscapes in Northern California. Starting bids begin at a mere $1,611.
You’ll want to place yours bids quickly for Merced–there are just seven properties up for grabs in Live Oak, Rio Vista and Yuba, including properties valued at $200k and $400k with starting bids under $55k.
Registration deposits of $2,500 are due at 4pm EST today.
Benton County, WA will auction off a number of foreclosure properties with minimums bids starting at $2,751. Benton is a South-central county in Washington state that’s home to Kennewisk and the Columbia and Yakima Rivers. The auction runs November 12th and 13th.
Registration deposit of $1,000 is due at 4pm EST Nov. 5th.
The tax sale in Pend Oreille, WA is new to Bid4Assets. We are glad to introduce you to Pend Orielle County, a beautiful corner in NE Washington near Spokane.
The auction will run November 13th where you will have the opportunity to bid on seven parcels with starting bids as low as $1,600.
Registration deposit of $500 is due at 4pm EST Nov. 6th.
This November 14th-15th tax sale includes a number of Mason County, WA properties for bids as low as $500 with no reserve. You’ll have a chance to bid on parcels at a mere fraction of their current market/re-sale value.
Mason County is located in western Washington near the Seattle-Tacoma area in view of Mount Rainier and the Olympic National Park.
Registration deposit of $500 is due at 4pm EST Nov. 8th.
